Hi Everyone
Currently we have a situation where data is being imported into a spreadsheet via an XML map.
The result is as shown directly below (some data being imported on the next row rather than kept in line)

-[AS IMPORTED ]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trim........Torque check
..................................Trim roll
................................................S6788
..........................................................F0211
.....................................................................PE FH 1200
.....................................................................PE Y.........1
.....................................................................PE FH......60
..........................................................................................ALL

I am not familiar with the XML process but the chap that has set this up cannot get the data to import like shown below.
I am looking at hints or info on what the best way to tackle this with a macro routine in VBA.

(Basically 'bumping' each cell upward to line up with the proceeding cells)

I have written numerous routines for various things at work but am unsure of the BEST way to tackle this one.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

-[AS REQUIRED ]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

..A................B.................C..........D.......E......F....G......H.....I........... COLUMNS

Trim......Torque check Trim roll S6788 F0211 PE FH 1200 ALL
.....................................................................PE Y.........1
.....................................................................PE FH......60

Please ignore the decimal points, only way I was able to get this to space in writing this message
